Goals:
Interactive-Asia desired to generate more leads, improve lead quality, and upscale sales worldwide, with a focus on countries that host high-value trade fairs such as the UAE, Europe, the US, Asia, and Australia.
Challenges:
However, they faced challenges such as a fragmented niche audience, 85% non-value conversions, a little known innovative product/service, and the fact that the main market, “trade fairs,” was hit hard by the pandemic.


Actions:
To tackle these challenges, we at Straight Up took several actions, such as implementing a website chat (incl. tracking) to increase interactivity on the website to support the brand’s approach.
We also cleaned up their Google ads account, refined tracking, and narrowed down their audience using targeting, search query reports, and building negative keyword lists.
Results:
The results of these actions were impressive.
The conversion rate increased to 2.79%, while lead quality improved from 15% to 90%. Moreover, the cost per conversion (Lead) decreased to below 0.74% of the minimum purchase value.
